Studies

GOLO conducted several pilot studies to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of the GOLO program

These studies included information about dietary modification, nutraceutical supplementation, and regular exercise. They were conducted in the United States and South Africa between 2009 and 2018, with consistent results observed across the studies. Study participants ranged from moderately to very overweight or obese, including some who needed to lose in excess of 100 pounds.
