Ingredients:
- 12 oz London Broil Bison, cut into chunks
- 2 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 Cup Carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
- ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp Honey
- ½ Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Bay Leaf (remove after cooking)
- ½ Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Place all of the Vegetables, Spices and ½ Tbsp Olive Oil in a large pot. Cook until Onions begin to get soft; stirring constantly. Once cooked, pour Vegetables into slow cooker.
- Return the Pot to the stove and add the Bison along with ½ Tbsp of Olive Oil, Flour, Vinegar and Honey. Cook, stirring constantly until the meat is just browned on the outside.
- Add the Bison and the vegetable Broth to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
