Ingredients:
- 1- 13.5 oz. can of full fat coconut milk
- 1- 13.5 oz. can coconut cream (no sugar added)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ¾ tsp salt
- If you have an ice cream machine, make sure to check if your bowl needs to be put in the freezer before hand.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add blended ingredients to your ice cream machine and follow your manufacturer's instructions.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container, smooth top, and cover. Let the ice cream set in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours.
