Today’s topic is trampoline parks…sounds fun, right? What a great way to get your heart pumping. These parks are popping up all over lately and for good reason – not only is it a place for kids to have a good time, but it is also a GREAT workout and one that does not put excess pressure on your feet and legs. And believe it or not, there are some other amazing benefits that you can get from bouncing around too such as:
• Increased lymph flow in the body
• Improved immune system
• Strengthens skeletal system and increases bone mass
• Increased cell energy
• Improved posture and balance
So, do some research and find out if there are any trampoline parks around you. You will probably have to pay an admission fee to try it out and some places even offer classes! The GOLO group is going to go try one near us this month. Let us know if you get jumping too!
