  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Combine all ingredients into a mason jar, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve cold.
